We had a kitchen faucet and an RO faucet installed. The plumber recommended we have our hot/cold on/off valves replaced, and we agreed. Total price $425. We thought that was kinda high, but he was there, and we hired him. He had to go to a famous home appliance store for the valves. Total work time 1 hour 45 minutes, $425. After a day with new faucets we asked that the RO handle be switched to other side of faucet, it was awkward to use. Plus the regular faucet swings back to right sink and will not stay positioned over left. Custom Plumbing scheduled 4 FOUR different days and cancelled 3 of them, did not even show up for the 4th. Daniel, our original plumber, was a nice guy, friendly, and I am not sure if he was the plumber assigned to our follow-up visits.
