Technician was prompt and solved the problem. Worst part is that I could have done it myself and saved the money, but I felt like it was going to be more difficult. However I wouldn't hesitate to hire the company again !

I had a valve failure on the water to my house. I decided to expand the replacement job to include some preventative maintenance and additional maintenance. The estimate I was given to have 2 - 3/4" brass valves replaced plus a faucet trim replacement had a range of $300 to $350. Sounded good so I had them come out to do the job. After looking at it the plumber said it would be a $650 job, but he did include replacing a vacuum break/check valve. However I needed to get water to the house that day so I approved the job. It did feel like a "bait & switch" and should have been priced at $400. The plumber did a very good job - high quality, and they were timely in response.
