Had to have them come back as the first plumber did not do it correctly. Management was very good to work with though.

They were a lot later then were told. Tried to talk us into a lot of different things, that were not necessary. Took 2 days to get done, and were charged more then quoted.

We constantly strive for 100 percent satisfaction on every call. We fell out of our time frame, this does happen in our business from time to time. So we called to update the customer but we still made sure we gave them same day service. Of course our plumber would discuss options since the issue was a faulty water heater that someone else installed, that was not up to out standards. We removed the water heater, took it back to where they bought it and exchanged it. Our Owner Vince even got involved and offered to split the labor cost involved and did not charge anything for the removal and pick up of the new water heater. Our craftsmanship was excellent, the technician was informative, and our owner stepped up and split the costs with this customer......that sounds like a company that goes above and beyond to me.....Brad W

I provided bad information to Custom Cooling. Made their jobs far more difficult than should have been. We talked through options, made decisions and executed quickly. By the time we were done, I had saved money, learned a few things and was glad to have this problem solved.

Scheduling the appointment was very convenient and the tech was prompt. Since I own but do not occupy the property the tech called me with an estimate while he was on site. I gave approval and he did the job right then. Great service and very reasonably priced.

We asked him to help with a methane smell in our pipes. He was not able to help. He suggested a DIY solution which we pursued but his suggestion of where and what to purchase the product was incorrect. The store he suggested did not have what he said we should use. The smell is still there and we are unsure what to do to fix it. The plumber was no help. At least he didn't charge us for coming out.
