Initially, I hired them to fix my toilet mechanics inside the tank. The rep was very honest with my regarding cost. I ended up replacing both toilets due to their age. The cost to install a new toilet was not much higher than fixing the tank equipment. I sincerely appreciated the incredible honestly of the rep who came first. Then the actual installer was also very good. A very good impression they left. They were also the lowest bid.

Initially, there was a discrepancy between what was quoted and the actual work that was done. I called the customer service line. They were very responsive, professional, and polite. The discrepancies were addressed in less than 24 hours. I would use this company again.

Since I live out of state, I appreciate being able to find reputable companies that I can trust to come in to my home and fix things and do it correctly. It takes a bit more to arrange dates and times so it's good to hear the company is good making arrangements as well as payments.

They were great! They came out for a free quote and returned the next day to do the work. I like the parts they used for the washing machine hot and cold shut off. Now I can tell witch is hot and which is hot and which is cold. Also, the mail shut off valve looks great as well. They were on time and fast. Thank you Custom plumbing. Ricky was awesome! Thanks
