I appreciated the time that Jason took to explain my options. We have had four water heaters in the eight years of living in our house. We decided to go with a tankless gas water heater because of the issues we have had in the past. We are very happy with our decision, and the new water heater works great!

Tony came within an hour or so after I called even though it was not an emergency. I had a shower cartridge that leaked behind the wall, he quickly gave me a quote for that and a garbage desposil I needed replaced. He also recommended some service pros who came right out and gave me a quote to replace some sheet rock that the leak had gotten wet. Professional from start to finish, I would recommend Costum Plumbing of Az to anyone.
