I hired Vincent to come out and do some plumbing repairs for me and charged me $237, a couple of days later I went into that bathroom and noticed a leak so I called Vincent's company and they said that he was out of town and sent some one out to fix it and he said he the repair looks fine and all the need is a couple squirts of CLR would take care of it, so that is what I did, I feel like I pd. Vincent for something that I did not need

I do believe they try hard to get it right. The first appt, the guy was late and then they did send someone else an hour later. Wasted my whole morning on my day off. That guy couldn't do the job so he went to Home Depot to get another tool and when he finally came back after trying hard he still didn't get the job done. Then the following Mon. they came and fixed it out front while I was at work. Today when I tested the hose bib they fixed and it squirted all over in several places. I just called them and they are sending someone out asap to try and fix this now. They did come back with a guy that did a great job and I was charged a very fair price. I am happy now.

I had 2 plumbers responding to my call. 1 for drains blockage & 1 for drains blocked . Jason showed first & Ry next. Jason let me know know that I didn't have a hidden leak within 1 minute. Ry worked on drains.they did not charge me & will be rescheduling with more equipment. I loved them & they were so personable & nice. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
