Brett was friendly, polite, and professional. He went the second mile to help me. He was able to fix the problem on the same day he diagnosed it. He made me feel like I was his only customer and like he wasn’t going to move on with his day until my plumbing problems were taken care of. I’m a satisfied customer.

Easy to schedule appointments and I needed next day. My tech, Steve, was on time, personable and professional. He got everything taken care of and even arranged for another technician to come out for restoration. Reasonably priced too.

The technician that came out to clear my line was very helpful and professional, but the general manager that came out the day after to do their free camera inspection was condescending and I did not enjoy talking with him. He was offended I didn't want to discuss solutions and said I only wanted free services, but they offered the free inspection with no strings, I didn't request it. It felt like he was just there to upsell services under the guise of a free inspection. WIll not be doing business with them again.

I needed my RO system and water softener system replaced, so I called Custom Plumbing. They sent a rep out the same day to inspect and quote the job. What I liked most about this company is that they presented me with options all at a fair price. Very rarely do you see this kind of service from the trades anymore; Custom Plumbing has options to work within ANY budget. They came out, did the install and I needed them to comeback to resolve an issue a few weeks later. These guy are TRUE Professionals! They scheduled the additional service call right away, came out resolved the problem; they stand by their work 100%! Im so pleased with their service, you have a lifelong customer Custom Plumbing! You will be impressed too, right from the very first phone call, to the completion of the work AND BEYOND! SPECIAL THANKS to Jesse Green, and BRETT, my service tech, and Vanessa in the office. Your my plumbing heroes!
