They don't get 5 stars because they were late by 1.5 hours. However; once the tech got there, he was friendly, informative, and got right to work and fixed our problem quickly. They're an easy to work with company, with a good technician.

I had a plumbing issue that could not wait. He arrived at 11:30 pm. Instead of ringing the doorbell, he called so he would not awaken the sleeping members in my home. I really appreciated him being thoughtful of my home.

Jorge did all of the work by himself and I was so impressed with this young man. He came in the morning and worked his butt off all day. This was a huge job, required my bathroom to be demolished with a gigantic hole in the middle; plus two enormous holes dug outside. It was back-breaking and hot outside; but Jorge was all business. The only complaint I have is with the company they recommended to to the re-model. That has been a disaster, a complete and total disaster. I still have no vanity top and this all started in early August!!!!

This was an all around excellent experience. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He took a look at the problem with the toilet and discussed with me all of my options and prices. When he had to pick up a new toilet, he explained his timing and when he would be back from the supplier. The new toilet was installed quickly. The technician cleaned up everything quite well. It was all very professional. I would definitely use Custom again.
