They didn't charge just to show up but $400 for 1 hour of work? After he left the water would run occasionally so I looked inside and the refill hose was not where it should be?

I thought they were expensive to replace two gate valves with ball valves even after I talked him down in price. Especially when the plumber installed one that leaked he had to cut the line again to repair the leak and now I'm left with solid repair sleeves in that waterline. If he would have used the thread sealant in the first attempt this would not have been necessary. He showed up with only 15 minutes left in the arrival window and I initiated the arrival call because with less than 30 minutes remaining in the window I had not received the 30 minute notice that they were on their way as promised when the appointment was made.

They did everything they said they were going to do and it was perfect.

for the work I needed, this company was way too expensive and I felt as if this tech just wanted to do the least amount of work for the largest amount of money. He left my bathroom messy, on top of everything else...NOT happy

I had a leaking pipe within a wall. This was not an easy fix. Custom Plumbing located the issue, caused as little damage as possible to get to the leak and then took care of the problem. They were very professional and worked quickly. I would call them again if I have any other issues.

Their workmanship resulted in a major leak behind the wall of the area they were charged with working on. we have major water damage in a number of areas of our home causing days of drying and ceiling repair. this job has taken 2+ weeks to complete and it's still not complete. Their employees are kind and respectful but the damage is done.
