    Mr. Thomas was knowledgeable and willing to communicate as he worked. He listened patiently and did not rush the explanation of what we felt was wrong. He diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary fix as we consider a long term solution.

    Ace was professional and thorough. On Sunday evening working 4 hrs of examination is incredible with the heat and units are on the sunny side. If I start a ac repair business I will steal him.

    He replaced the failed capacitor on my 3 year old AC and explained why it failed and what was missing from the original install that was performed by a contractor we hired after the hurricane. We decided to add those mitigating parts and a 2 year warranty. He also performed a maintenance change on my system and had it up and running within an hour. Very pleased with his work. Would recommend with confidence.

    The only issue we have is paying the 475.00 to repair the unit to have AC working for 2 days, knowing we are buying a 10,000.00 system in 3 days. It seems we are just throwing 475.00 out the window. But we are glad our AC is working for now.
