    Mr Jose Ramos was thorough in the attic & outside. He explained the humming noise from my unit & insured issue was resolved. Mr Ramos respected my space with a mask & covered his feet, I really appreciated his courtesy. I would definitely request this technician as my primary go-to technician.

    Long but detailed We are incredibly pleased with the work we had done by One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. We have an older home with some of our air ducts still original (35 plus years). We had six estimates and decided with One Hour. Sales: Claudio Mosquera was impressive. He was professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He took his time to evaluate, talk with us about our options, and when he understood what we wanted, he did not try and push extra. He offered, we declined, he accepted, and we moved on. When the presentation was complete, Claudio collaborated with his supervisor to meet our requests, and we signed up with One Hour. They were here before the week ended, installing the ducts. Job: 1. Complete removal of all air ducts in the home 2. Installation of new and up to code air ducts 3. 4 additional vents 4. 1 additional return 5. Media filter Installers: â ¢ Mario â ¢ Brendon â ¢ Ivan The installers were superb! They took their time in the hot attic and made sure the job was well organized and complete. Many of the parts were explained as they were installing. It was an exceptionally long day for them, and they had the same smile and kindness at the end of the day as they did when they began the job. I was asking a ton of questions as they were working, and they would answer never skipping a beat on what they were doing. They covered the floor well and cleaned up everything afterwards. They did not mind me being in the way taking photos and videos, with their permission of course, and they continued working hard.
