    Kenneth ... the service tech was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and polite ... he was excellent and as soon as I told him the problem I was having with the thermostat ... he thought he knew what was causing the problem. He was 100% right and the thermostat was fixed quickly. He also double checked everything else in the unit. . The way I determine my review is by the all around customer service from the time my call is answered until the service is completed and today everything was 5 Stars.
