Price-wise, they are not cheap but not that expensive comparing to other brand name contractors. And they provide 2 yrs labor and 10 yrs parts warranties. They are quick and professional. To be able to install the AC in my small space they had to cut off part of the wall but they later sent people to fix it. No hassle.

Sales consultant knowledge of products was excellent. I learned a lot I did not know. Price was expensive but not the highest I received. Install was well.

This was the most expensive bid I received, but, they install Carrier A/C which is what I wanted. The salesman was very professional and saw things that others did not see; that explains some of the price. The installation was excellent; very professional (and they spoke English). They made some improvements and cleaned up after themselves.
