"The pipe broke during a cold night and there was water all over the lawn and over the pavement. Called Felix, and his co-owner Joshua came very quickly despite they have a full schedule the whole week. Took a while even just stop the leak (this was how bad it was). Joshua was patient, explaining all the options and was never rushed. I decide to proceed. Things were taken care of as expected, and the place was very clean afterwards. "Had water appearing at the base of the toilet. One company, without pulling the toilet, said that the toilet was broken on the underside and all I needed was a new toilet(did not use this company). According to what I read on the internet, the toilet has to be pulled up first before the real problem can be determined. This is exactly what Jason said and did. Once the toilet was pulled, it was very obvious that it was NOT a broken toilet, but a much worse scenario that affected the toilet in each bathroom. He thoroughly explained what had happened and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. It was quite a process, but he organized floor, wall, baseboard and even electrical repairs. Bathrooms are good as before and I can't tell where the patches were done. Would definitely use this company again."

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

"Iâ ve used Joe at Pipers Plumbing for a previous issue with my tankless hot water system. Joe brought my system up to code and added the items needed to do so. We are finishing up a complete remodel of our 2nd floor (which the contractor used his own plumber) we ran into what was originally thought to be a major problem. Our sink, toilet shower and one of the outside hoses ran nothing but HOT water! After spending 30 mins or so trying to figure things out we started discussing where we were going to have to cut in the ceiling of first floor to get access to where we thought the water lines were crossed. (I had many pics and videos of remodel) Joe thought of something. 10 mins later everything was fine and disaster was avoided. The stem in the shower valve wasnâ t installed by previous plumber and it was allowing hot water to feed into the lines. Saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars in work. Then, when I asked what I owed him he said nothing.. $0.. Told me he was glad to help and glad that we were able to fix the issue. When I tried to pay him $100 he continued to turn down the money and told me to consider it my â Veteran Discount â and thanked me for my service in the Marine Corps! Awesome company!"
