One Hour Air is one of the few big companies that call you to let you know when your technician will be arriving. I find that very valuable when doing business. Mr. Isaac, our technician, arrived when expected, performed his work, and left my home as neat and clean as he found it. Great job!

One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating technician, Joseph Jones, was very professional and knowledgeable of HVAC systems. He was able to address all of my questions and concerns. We are a Nonprofit Veterans Organization, and once Mr. Jones discovered we both had served in the US Army, he was committed to ensuring that our HVAC systems was effectively working. I would recommend One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating to everyone. It is an honest and trustworthy business that takes care of its customers.
