    They were quick to get our new system installed and I even sent them to my parent's to install a new system. We were told a supervisor would come out within 2 weeks to inspect but haven't had anyone out yet but new system is working great.

    This was such a wonderful experience for such a horrible project. Nothing worse than A/C going out. From the time I called them at 5:00. Till it was fixed at 8:00 everything ran smoothly. Very professional and great customer service I'm so excited about the maintenance agreement they offered. No more worries all I gotta do is call them. I highly recommended One Hour A/C
