Had a lightning strike that blew out my control panel to the air handler. Technician insisted we need a whole new system with the simple reason, your system is old and you have no warranty. To say the least that level of investment isn?t something anyone is just prepared to make on a random Tuesday. Furthermore, when the part did come in, the tech further complained to my wife several times that we are making a mistake in just repairing what we have. To top it off I requested in the initial call to have a regular yearly check on my system. Let?s be honest, it?s been about 2 years since the whole system had a preventative maintenance check. So now the system is working, but how well is hard to tell. Complete lack of customer service and looking out for my needs and not an over greedy company?s wants. So no invoice, no idea what what actually done, no assurance, and no call back to this company ever again.
