    I had specific issues I explained to the tech. He checked out the whole system and did the maintenance. He explained what would be needed to solve the specific problems experienced and that this month was running a sale if the work was contracted now and scheduled at my convenience. I learned several new things about my system. With no major service problems during the last 7-8 years, I am glad to get this done to keep my a/c unit in tip top condition. Thank you Chris.

    The technician, Gilbert, was prompt, explained what he was going to do in an annual service visit.
