We are looking at replacing our heating/cooling system. At this point we will be working on saving some funds, but will definitely go with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Frankie, the technician, was very gracious. Was will to explain everything that he was doing so I understood what the test results were. He cleaned up our old system and then worked on a plan for us to replace the system when we can. Excellent customer service and hard working.

Replacing my 11 yr old American Standard A/C. The new life expectancy = 10 yrs. 1-Hour was the only company to do an air flow study. The unit size vs. the sq. footage vs. air intake vs. air output (basically). Everyone else, 'What's your sq. footage & what size do you have now'. Oh, previous installers never connected the duct tubing to cool & heat the other side of the house. Also, 1-Hour offers a 10 yr Parts AND 10 yr labor warranty option. The installers were so amazing and professional. They were here for 10 long, hot hrs. Every piece of dust was cleaned up thoroughly.

They called us the very instant I placed my requirement on this website. It was so prompt that I wondered why I had not done this 2 months ago, when our AC system first started leaking. The technician Abel who came for the job was professional and knew his job well. He unclogged the duct very quickly. The charges were reasonable too.
