    Very prompt and punctual service. Had a technician out to the house within a few hours of calling (others in the area couldn't provide anyone within 24 hours). Tech was able to identify the issue quickly and had it resolved. He also examined both AC units and furnaces to ensure they were functioning well and provided recommendations for future service. All in, well worth the cost of the service call. Will use them again.

    Had issue where first tech couldn't get in the gate to my community and supposedly called me and waited 45 minutes before cancelling my appointment. My phone didn't ring a single time. However, after calling customer service, they were excellent and resolved the issue by sending another tech out that same night. The tech was also excellent and fixed my unit quickly. I would definitely recommend using them as I believe the cancellation was an isolated incident.
