Micheal was prompt and corteous, he did the work and was upfront with the pricing, im not so sure of the value for your money, pretty pricey just for replacing a broken condenser. Should have done it myself.

I have come to the conclusion that One Hour AC never acted in good faith. One time they broke the support of one of the units and told me that it's already broken. I had to get it fixed myself. I didn't realize until much later that their charges were much higher than others. The worst part was that I was their good customer for many years but when when it came time for their first payment under warranty, they made up reasons not to pay. Very disappointed.

Called to set up a appt to come out on a Friday afternoon ( I'm willing to pay premium). They take my information, set up my account, try to sell me some package deal, and said a tech will come out by midnight and will call first. At 10:30 I still haven't heard from the tech cal so l them back and they say they have no record of my appointment, but they can see I have a account set up. I don't understand how they could have my information but forget to schedule it
