I hired One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning to take a look at my pilot light/heating unit. They said that they would be at my home between 2 and 6 pm. They called to say the tech was running late and he did not show until 8pm. He went up to look at my heating unit, came back down and said I needed a new heater, AC unit, various coils, all totally to $12,000. An uncle of mine also does HVAC so i told the tech that I wanted to give my uncle a call to get a second opinion. At first the tech complained, even though i paid for his visit, and then began back-peddling on prices he had quoted me. The final invoice didnt reflect any of the thing that he had told me verbally needed to be replaced. The fallow up with my uncle I found out the coils had not been touched at all, that if the entire AC unit was replaced all the coils would be replaced with it, and that I did not need a anew 5 ton furnace and AC unit. To top it all of the original technician had shown me pictures of water damage on walls he claimed was in my home that was not. Not sure whose home those pictures were of but they werent mine. I would never recommend this company and I will probably never use homeadvisor again.

The guy can not check out the fault number and located the problem of our ac, instead just suggested to order parts to change, which will cost lots more. all check without any tools but eyes. and took 89 dollars coming and looking charge.

The tech. Was very nice, he explained everything to me so I could understand. He showed me a problem instead of just saying it.

Arrived on time and completed within the specified time frame. The service tech was well informed and clearly explained the service he performed on my units. We are pleased with the outcome.
