    The Tech (Josh) was very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly & honest. He arrived on time & did an excellent job in troubleshooting, explain clearly every step along the way. He offered repair options & pricing! Will hire him again!

    The technician was very professional, and on time. He explained all of the things that he checked, and the results of those checks. He also made suggestions for how to improve the efficiency of the machine. He also explained the pricing of all those suggestions. He did not pressure me into buying anything. He offered the opportunity for me to deny purchasing all of those items. I have been using this company for six years and Iâ  ve always had outstanding service.
