    It was quite pleasant experience to deal with Tim Franks with 1Hour Service. Tim is very professional as a technician and salesman. He wasvery straightforward explaining what what I needed and the motive for his comments. He took the time to explain all my questions which were a zillion due to my ignorance in A/C. That is why I bought a new A/C from 1Hour Service. I highly recommend this Company to the most demanding people who needs to fix or replace his/hers A/C

    Chris was my technician. He was so nice, and explained everything in such detail. He answered all my questions, and even made suggestions. Fortunately, my problem resolved easily. i love how fast they got here, too. I was coming unglued and the dispatch people were sympathetic to me, and Chris was out here in just a few short hours after I reported my issue. I will absolutely use them again. I would have still been waiting had it been any other AC company.
