    My a/c was not working and one hour went the extra mile and fit me in between appointments for same day service when they were booked until the next day. Excellent customer service and I had a 2 month baby too

    This technician was great. I have had maybe ten or so services done by this company, but usually the technicians pushy and try to get me buy more services than I need. Kenneth was one of the few who DID NOT try to strong arm into unnecessary repairs . He was pleasant and only suggested various services.
