From the initial meeting to Dan working with us to make sure we understood their process, to the team showing u to do the work - all VERY professional. The team did a great job cleaning up. They offer a VG product at a fair price. I would hire them again.

IHI was a breath of fresh air. Dan was extremely knowledgable about their products and service. He offered a great product and service at a reasonable and affordable price. No bells and whistles. He knew his product and presented it with no pressure. Very respectful. Great communication. Quality work was completed efficiently. Excellent clean-up. Dan came back and completed a thorough check of every window that was installed. From the very first meeting, working with Innovative Home Improvements was amazing. We met with Dan, who was very personable, honest and respectful. There was no pressure, he took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered suggestions and solutions and was extremely patient with all of our questions. There were no gimmicks or high-pressured, time-limited sales. We had quotes from 3 companies and IHI had the best prices and used their own crew instead of a third party like the other companies. IHI were even using the same windows and the price was more reasonable. We had to go through our HOA for approval and Dan was very accommodating with the process. After scheduling a date and time, Noe and crew were timely and extremely efficient...a well executed plan. They replaced 20 windows in one day. The finished product was very elegant and beautiful. There is much less noise and we love the slight tint to the windows. We had replaced the grids with clear windows this time so it really was a visual upgrade and we have already noticed a change with the efficiency. I am typically a bit picky choosing contractors for jobs, especially large jobs and really was extremely impressed with Dan, Noe and crew. Would highly recommend this company.

This is my second review for IHI this year. I had previously hired them for an installation of multiple windows and a door for my basement. They had done such a good job, I got a quote for them to replace my roof, facia, soffit and gutters. The roof replacement consisted of replacing two sheets of wood, removing the fan vent and replacing it with a peak vent as well as all flashing. The roof team came in and was able to replace the roof in one day. They did a good job at cleanup and left one package of replacement shingles in the event I have a problem in the future. Like all of Paul teams, they were amazing and the roof looks beautiful. The second team installed a vented soffit and aluminum wrapped facia to make it last a long time. Unfortunately, all of soffit and facia was rotten/brittle and needed to be replaced. Paul did a great job of communication to let me know and show me the wood around the house. Based upon this data, I was able to state that they should replace all of the wood around the house. This part of the job took just under 1 week. The gutters were the final part and Paul had recommended 6 inch gutters. I am so happy with how all of the upgrades worked out and how amazing they are together. I highly recommend using IHI for any of their services!

We hired IHI to replace 23 windows in our home. We are very happy with the quality of the install of the windows. The customer service that Paul and Noe provide is outstanding and we would use them again for any future work we may need.

We purchased 37 replacement windows. Paul, the owner, was very personable and informative. No pressure was ever applied to purchase. On installation day, the workers showed on time, were polite, and were very efficient. They replaced all 37 windows in 1 day working until dark and returned the next day to finish the flashing around 10 windows. Paul showed midday on install day to see how things were going. We have hired IHI to replace a door and fix some flashing on other areas of our house. I highly recommend IHI.
