The windows were installed in one day as promised. Paul is professional, does not give you the typcial sales pitch and has returned every call and email I've sent. The gentleman that measured the windows was also very pleasant and helped us on an unrelated issue we were having with a previously installed bay window. The installers were professional and left no debris behind. I have been pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

IHI, which is owned and operated by Paul Harrison, installed 13 windows in my home in Columbia, MD. Paul came to my house himself, gave a very thorough yet concise presentation, and won the competition by giving me a great deal. His installers, led by Andrew, were timely, neat, professional and helpful. Paul personally reviewed all work, and when I noticed a couple of minor issues (admitedly, I am very picky), he called Andrew, who returned and made the minor corrections. Then, and only then, did Paul ask for the balance due. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work, which I am. I highly recommend IHI!

Paul and his crew were professional...no hard sales pitch, just facts and common sense talk...accomodating to set up premeasure schedule...polite and responsible installation crew...this is the second job using IHI, and it won't be the last...a true asset to their industry and good PR for service magic...

I was surprised when they showed up when they said they would and finished the job ahead of schedule. Also were very helpful and patient when I couldn't decide on color choices. I'd definitely recommend their services! No hard sell or pressure. It's clear how they earned their A BBB rating.

I was extrememly pleased by the service I received from Innovative Home Improvements. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to install my windows considering how cold the weather was during installation. My neighbors have also commented on how nice my new windows look. I will definitely be going back to IHI to do some more work on my house.
