IHI's team was very professional. Worked around an unexpected snag when window wood trim discovered water-damage rotten. IHI coordinated with my condo's contractors to figure out best way to proceed. Paul's approach is low-key and professional. His crew members reflect positively on the firm. Comparison of prices with similar work done in my comm'y was favorable.

The owner Paul Harrison was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed the whole step of the way. An honest businessman. A great product at a terrific price! The install crew was courteous and patient when plumbers I hired invaded their workspace. They just worked around them with no complaints. They even replaced rotten wood. I will recommend IHI to anyone. The best home improvement company I've worked with thus far.

Did a great job. A tiny, tiny bit of stuff I had to clean up. Disheartened that the first day they showed but left without doing any work. After that all things ran smoothly, from my perspective. Great response from Paul, at all times. I would use them again.
