These guys were the BEST! From the beginning to the end. Even the installers were GREAT! Follow up was GREAT, they returned every call and answered every question. There was no pressure and a lot of patience with me. I would gladly do business with Innovative Home Improvements again and again.

I had 8 contractors in to bid on replacing 24 windows,adding a window where one did not exist and installing siding and shudders. IHI was not the cheapest, but offered the BEST product for the BEST price. The salesman, Jason, did not pressure sell and offered creative solutions to an outdated house. The installers were extremely courteous and neat. They vacuumed up after themselves and left the home in great condition (and I'm a clean freak). All debris was hauled off and they even swept the driveway. This is not to say that it went off without a hitch, but then I was able to see their excellent customer service in action. Love them!!!!!!!

February 2005 installation. Disappointed they did not install anything on the first day. Installation scheduled for 9AM, around noon, one person showed up, left and then came back at 4PM to drop off the windows. The second day they were short handed and installed most of the windows. A week later the rest of the windows were installed. Job cleanup was fair, they were short one person and we did most of the inside and outside cleanup. Paul did a good job keeping us informed, except on the first installation day. I love the windows, they are very easy to operate.

This has to be the hardest install project we ever did. The original builder put the windows and siding in incorrectly.We did the replacement windows. First we had to correct the problem with my special crew. We cut and retrim, seal the siding, custom cap the trim before any work could be done .Then install the windows to prevent any outside elements from getting in. I feel the job came out great.

Every member of the company was very professional. The work is done very quick and my house was left in great condition. The value of my home increased twice the cost of the windows over night. Prior to the new windows installation, my thermostat stayed around 79 - 83 degrees for my house to stay warm. After only the top level of windows were installed, I set the thermostat to 74 for the same comfort level. Now, both level of windows have been installed, I can't wait to get home. Thanks for making this a great experience. I will refer anyone to Innovative Home Improvements. Thanks again!

We found the Innovative Home Improvements Staff from initial sales contact to finished product to be everything we expected in meeting our home improvement project needs. Both the replacment window installation and the replacement vinyl siding installation went very well. A professional experience. Innovative Home Improvements was the most punctual and courteous of all the companies I interviewed for this project. I am very, very pleased with the quality of the work they have done. My home needed many little things fixed in order to finish the siding properly and Innovative was wonderful about fixing those things without denting my wallet. Many of my neighbors (whose homes are already beautiful) have come by to say how much they like it! They were even able to get the project completed weeks ahead of the expected time. I have already had two people come to my home (just today) and ask for the name and telephone number of the company that did the work. Yes, I would recommend Innovative to anyone who asks.
