Mr.Paul(the owner of the company)make very reasonable estimate of replacement 20 windows in our townhouse and was involved during a whole process of installation. His team (Mike and Tom) was very professional.They are great installers . My wife and I very satisfied with their work.

I found Innovative Home Improvements through HomeAdvisor and requested a quote. As soon as I met Paul, I felt comfortable with him and as though I could trust him to provide a fair price on replacement windows for our condo. In the end, there were extensive difficulties caused by our home owners association and I was very fortunate to be working with Paul to get the job done. He was infinitely patient and flexible with us. He interacted directly with our HOA and its contract engineer to find a solution to the HOA's unreasonable requirements for window installation. I can't thank him enough for the time and extra effort and cost he incurred as a result of these unforeseen problems. The product that he delivered was installed quickly and I can already tell that the windows are a big upgrade for our home.

This is the second project I have used this company for. I find Mr. Harrison's patience, knowledge and experience invaluable. He stays in touch throughout the work. The work was done by great roofers that even the neighbors remarked on. The price reasonable, clean up great and the house looks brand new.
