Paul and his team were very professional and personable. They did a very neat job and cleaned up all of the debris. Paul was very helpful and patient with my mother, and explained all the details involved. You can tell that he is honest when you speak with him and they have the best prices. He even honored a promise made exactly 1 year ago. We were considering replacing the HVAC system in the house but now, thanks to Innovative Home Improvements, we are toasty warm with our 20 year old furnace. You would do yourself a great favor by choosing Innovative Home Improvements.

Innovative Home Improvements did an excellent job of satisfying my wife and I as well as Montgomery Village Foundation (our home owners association). In fact, the MVF Architectural Standards sent a letter to us stating "Your house looks gorgeous!!!" The only downside was that I needed to do a little pickup of small bits of siding that was removed and installed, some small bits of trim capping material, and a few miscellaneous nails.

Of the three estimates I received, Innovative gave me the best price and was the only one that didn't offer a discount if I signed that day. They responded promptly to several questions I had before signing the contract. They were on time for their appointments for measuring and installing the windows. They accommodated my request for a delay in their original proposed installation date. The installers were prompt, friendly, and efficient. The installation was completed in less time than I expected. Overall, a friendly and efficient company to deal with. The windows have definitely improved the looks of my home. I'd use them again.

Paul was very informative, pleasant and set up a schedule and stayed ahead of the schedule. His knmowledge about the product and explaination of its performance was helpful to us in making the decision to use his company. I have signed the contract, but the project is not yet completed, so I can't speak to the cleanliness issue. I liked Paul Harrison's low pressure technique and felt he offered me a very reasonable price with equal or better quality compared to other companies.
