Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish. The original meeting and estimate was low-pressure, we were well informed along all the way, and the work was done ahead of schedule. We should have done this a long time ago!

We had a very good experience. Windows arrived on schedule and were installed amazingly fast. Paul kept us up to to date every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and dealt with any issues that came up quickly. Andrew and his co-worker who did the install were prompt and courteous - got the job done fast and it looks great. Price was right in line with big box stores and I feel great knowing I have a lifetime warranty.

From first contact to final payment we were extremely happy with IHI. Paul contacted us the day we submitted our request for a quote. He was very thorough in the estimate & answered all questions. We had made up our minds right after Paul left the estimate but still received quotes from 2 other companies. Paul's professional, no-pressure approach to the estimate was one of the MAIN reasons we chose IHI. The IHI crew was very professional. They kept the job site clean & when they were done with the install you would never had known they were there, except for the new siding! There were quite a few challenges in the install but IHI figured it out & we are MORE THAN happy with the final product. We have an oil tank that is very close to the house but IHI installed behind it & it looks great. There are also quite a few wires that had to be dealt with. The finished project looks very neat & nothing was overlooked. I highly recommend Paul & IHI & will be calling them for future home improvement projects.

Bottom line - IHI cares. Paul was in constant contact with me every day (even weekends) when work was being done. Our house was built over 30 years ago and we ended up finding major water damage. Paul kept me extremely informed of the added costs, offered solutions for the issue and talked to me about what he was doing to actively lower the overrun (even though the water damage wasnt his fault). From start to finish it was a great product, good price and wonderful experience. In the end the price (with the additional work for fixing the water damage) still cost less than most of the other estimates and IHI provided a better product (thicker siding, additional insulation and new shutters). Knock on wood I never need siding again, but if I did Id call Paul.

This contractor was always prompt, worked efficiently, and were always responsive to our questions. I would happily recommend them to others.

Paul, the company owner, is great to work with. His laid back and honest approach to home improvement was quite a breath of fresh air. We had windows and siding just installed by his company and made the decision yesterday to go with the trifecta and get the roof replaced also due to our excellant experience with Paul and his crews. Innovative Home Improvement staff is easy to work with. The owner was responsive and professional in working with me to get my new windows installed in a timely and professional manner. Mr. Harrison answered my questions, returned calls in a timely manner, and worked to make sure that I was pleased with my windows. It is rare that I say that it was a pleasure to work with a home improvement company. it was indeed a pleasure to work with Mr. Harrison and his company.

Paul was very good with communication from the start. He came out very quick to do the estimate. He was also very patient while we waited for approval from our home owners association. Installation was very quick and the windows look great!
