I had 9 windows replaced. The entire process was very easy and well done. Paul is totally dedicated to his business and he delivered! I would highly recommend Paul's company. It's a sure thing.

Paul the owner came out to the house for the consultation and quote. He was very informative and kind, while being very fair with pricing. I liked that his company is a Maryland small business that appreciates fair prices, straight forward answers, appreciation for military service, and dedication to quality. During the consultation, he inspected the bay window and suggested replacing just the windows at a significant lower price than what the other 3 quotes had in mind ($3000 savings). He pointed out that the bay window was in good condition and that he would inspect it while installing the windows and let me know if there were issues. I was in the process of deploying while trying to replace 13 windows, Paul made it very easy and worked around the schedule that was easiest for us. He even put in a rush for the windows because the old windows were in such a bad state and my timeline was in a crunch. During the installation, he found and corrected several issues that were done previously when the old windows were installed. The installation looks fantastic, very clean, and I have a lot of confidence that they were installed properly. I have already recommended him to friends, and he is now my go to for anything siding, windows or gutter related. Thanks Paul and IHI!

Contractor was very professional. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me as this was my first time buying windows. He explained the various products and helped me choose what was right for me. His installers were on time and very thorough. They installed my windows quickly and cleaned up after themselves!

Great service and fair prices. The owner and the crew are very nice, responsible and respectful. The crew was very efficient in the installation process and left everything clean. The owner came to inspect the job done afterwards. He looks at every window to make sure the job was done at his standards. He is very customer service oriented. Overall had a great experience with this company. Already recommended it to friends.

The company owner Paul is a nice guy, who did a wonderful job. I chose him based on the Home Advisor's rating and I found it useful. He followed up with the job and was willing to do everything he could until we were completely satisfied. I strongly recommend this company!

Highly recommend! Extremely professional and very courteous of our time and our home. I had never had windows replaced before and Paul walked me through though the procees (giving me sound advice that I could use, regardless if Ihired his company or not). I did, and they took care of everything, did an amazing job and were even flexible to complete the job in multiple stages to meet our financial needs. Nice guys too.
