We had a positive experience with our recent home exterior project. From removal of original siding to gutters/ soffit and trim work we were extremely pleased and satisfied that our home exterior was the best it could be. Wow!!! Our concerns/ ideas were respected and we could not be happier! We have had so many neighbors responding to our new look with compliments.

After spending an average of 2.5 hours per interview, hearing essentially the same pitch from each of the bigger window replacement companies, I received a call from Paul Harrison from Innovative Home Improvements. I almost didn't answer it but am sure glad I did. I told Paul I was considering other offers and didn't want to hear another sales commercial. Paul laughed and promised he would only take 30 minutes of my time and if he exceeded that time, I could throw him out. He actually stayed 45 minutes only because of my questions. Unlike the bigger companies who threw shade on their competitors, Paul said they all had good windows but he could provide better value because he didn't the same overhead and also had great crews who has worked for him for several years. He said he could offer any brand [Pella, Anderson, etc.] but recommend Vytex because of their quality. I liked that the windows were manufactured locally and valued suggestions from their contractors on improvements. [BGE Home offered the same brand but their price was 20% higher.] I learned alot from the other companies and compared thr performance specs] the Vytex brand more than measured up. Paul submitted an extremely reasonable price for 17 custom-made windows and they were ready to install within 30-days. His crew arrived 15 minutes early ( big surprise) and completed the entire job in seven hours. The workmanship was perfect, the caulking seamless, and they left the grounds with no evidence that they'd been there. And to put icing on the cake, they adjusted both my front door and a French door that were not properly installed when we rennovated two-years ago, at no extra charge. We had only one minor issue with a window that needed adjustment and his installer arruives in two-days. The windows sparkle and most importantly, my wife is thrilled. I now have more than a "window guy", but a friend who'd I'd recommend to anyone. Ken Buck

I usually dread embarking on a home projectâ the research, finding a good contractor who may or may not answer your call, or even take your project because its scope too small, etc. However, working with Paul and his company was by far the easiest experience I have ever had in my life with a contractor. Our windows were single pane original, and many no longer functioned to open so all needed replacing. I sent an inquiry via Home Advisor just to gauge how much such a project would cost, Paul responded, and it was smooth sailing from there. Paul just strikes the right balanceâ responsive but not pushy in his communication. He was so patient with my indecisiveness and he and his crew were thorough in completing the job. Paul only selects products of good quality and wonâ t sell you anything you donâ t need just to make more money. I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling the install and final walk through. The installation surprisingly only lasted a day, and any issues (screen with a snag, broken child lock) were quickly and competently addressed. Paul proves that good customer service as well as quality craftsmanship are, in fact, not dead. I now canâ t wait to hire Paul again to replace our doors!

We were replacing 28 single hung windows with 28 double hung windows in our home and received three quotes from different companies. Innovative Home Improvements was the second quote. I immediately appreciated Paul, the owner, and his approach. He was the only one that didnâ t approach this opportunity for his company like a used car salesman (I just barely avoided throwing the salesman from the 3rd quote out of my house). He listened to what I was looking for, told me what his company offered, and provided a quote. The windows came in the advised time frame, and a date was set. The crew that came out, headed by Neo, has obviously worked together for a while and focusing on one thing, installing windows, and were very good, and fast at their job. They completed all 28 windows in one day, cleaned up their work and answered any questions that I had. One of the many reasons I went with Paul and Innovative Home Improvements was because of his payment schedule. He asked for a deposit up front, and the rest paid upon satisfaction, not partial completion, or even completion. Paul came out two days later to look at the work, saw something he didnâ t like, something already existing on the home when it was built, and had his guys come over and fix it prior to payment. Great owner/salesman, great crew, great company!

I hired Innovative Home Improvements to replace the cedar siding on my home with vinyl siding. They removed all existing siding, replaced rotted wood, installed Alside Prodigy siding, removed and replaced soffits and gutters, and capped the entire house. They also did some custom work for me in places that required special attention to ensure there was no stone unturned before leaving. My experience working with Paul, Mr. Jung, and Alex was awesome. Regardless of the challenge, they were always transparent, attentive, pleasant and patient with explaining the issue and recommending solutions. Their workmanship is exceptional and I always felt they were treating my home as it if it were their own during the process. The project was done at a reasonable price point, and now that the project is complete, I'm truly comfortable I trusted the right company to take on my siding job. I would highly recommend them for any work they do; siding, windows, roofing, etc., as they've done a little bit of everything for me on this project. Thanks Innovative Home Improvements!

Ed and Jimmy were prompt, courteous and hard working. They respected our home and cleaned up as they went. We are very satisfied with the Gentek windows and the quality of their work. The business owner double checked the quality of the work.

Paul and his team were amazing! I just had all of the windows replaced in my house. Paul explained the process in great detail and his guys were great about communicating when theyâ d arrive. They cleaned up everything inside and outside of the house- left no mess. Paul came by a day or so after to do a preliminary review of their work and to demonstrate how the windows work. Said heâ d be willing to come by any time I had questions and will come back in a month or so to see how the windows are settling. I would happily use them again.
