Very nice to deal with. Paul was very straightforward in his presentation of the product. The windows came in as promised and promptly and professionally installed. The clean up after removing the old windows and installing the new ones was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone, beginning with Paul to the crew that actually did the installation, was pleasant and professional. They made getting new windows non-stressful and my windows are WONDERFUL!

I hired Innovative Home Improvements to install 14 new double hung windows. They did not try to pressure me into buying their product during our meeting. I met with four contractors, including the big box stores, I decided to go with IHI. Their price was competitive with the other contractors. The men arrived on time, and completed the job that day. They answered all of my questions, and did not leave a mess in my home. When I had a small problem with some of the caulking around the window, they came back right away to fix it. Considering that I never set out to purchase windows and and now I have them, speaks volumes about Paul and his company. My priority was to replace my doors and get a budgetary quote for windows only. Paul's initial call was to tell me that he didn't do doors but to call him if I ever needed windows. He promised a quality window at a good price and no pressure sales pitch. When I learened of the benefits of replacing my windows in speaking with other contactors, I decided to call Paul. He delivered everything he promised and more. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience including the skill and professsionalism of his installers!

Very professional. Paul was very direct in his pricing and explaining the type of windows he works with. His team was excellent. They did an excellent job installing 17 windows and a sliding door. They were very clean also.

Very polite, very laid back, relaxed indivual no pressure, sure we had the full facts, withou the trickery. Paul said will meet all of our goals. Not the least expensive, not the most expensive. In the end, it was our confidence in him that made us select. Final measurements (both houses) and explained that he would also be the person making sure during the install that all worked well. When the install date came, they showed up on time, were polite and clean and very professional. Good work, cleaned up inside and out. One minor defect was fixed quickly, with no BS. Great People to work with. Use them!!!!!
