Paul was great to work with and was low pressure when selling the windows. The crew that put the windows in were very careful, clean and did an excellent job. I shopped around for awhile before purchasing my windows from IHI and I think for the quality of window and installation, the price was very good.

Paul and his team were very professional and curtious. Appointments were kept as scheduled. Installation of 10 windows went smoother and more quickly than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend their services. I wish that more establishments conducted business like Innovative Home Improvements.

We are very pleased with our new windows! There was no sales pitch pressure, Paul answered our questions in detail and his crew finished the work very efficiently. Although we did not have many windows to install, we never felt less important and the job was completed as arranged. I am looking forward to seeing some energy savings come next winter!

It was a pleasure dealing with IHI. They were very professional and installed my bay window on the date promised. There was no pressure from salespersons and no hidden costs. I definitely would keep IHI in mind if I were to change my siding. Job well done!

Paul Harrison and is crew recently installed 21 replacement windows in our home. We are very pleased with the quality and installation of the windows and with all of the work involved. Paul and his experienced crew were so courteous, professional, and easy to work with; and Paul talked without us without any sales pressure. They did a great job for us and we have already started recommending them to our friends and neighbors. We highly recommend this company!

Overall the experience went very well. The windows only took 3 weeks for delivery and the installation took 4 hours. The only complaint is they do not accept credit cards. I planned on spreading the expense over a few months. Instead I had to pay by check.

In all the years we have been in business,we have never received a rating like this.We put in the windows earlier then expected ,finished the job in a timely manner and did a thorough inspection and clean up.The customer raved about the job ,but doesn't believe in a perfect rating,so it can leave room for improvement.
