It was a such a pleasure from start to finish to work with Paul Harrison and his team at Innovative Home Improvements. From the first meeting, I experienced that Paul has a different approach to sales and service: honesty, fair pricing and no-hassles. It was so refreshing for someone to give you all the information you need to make an educated decision and then proceed to give you an estimate that is for almost half of what a competitor had said was their "best offer" for very comparable windows. No bologna here! And once the contract was signed, everything continued to move forward smoothly. Andrew came out to precision measure the windows for the order within a few days, and 4 weeks later they were being installed. The windows look FABULOUS, and I have already noticed a significant decrease in the noise we hear from outside. We couldn't be any happier with our new windows, and are grateful to Paul and his team for a job very well done. I would highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements to anyone who is looking for great quality windows masterfully installed with very little hassle at a fair price.

Had 12 new windows installed. Quality of windows were quite good and Paul explained them to us thoroughly. Installers were prompt, courteous and worked efficiently. Installation was well done and professional while taking care to protect the interior of our home. Would recommend them for window install.

Paul and Andrew were great to work with when we replaced all 16 windows in the main level and basement of our home.. Straightforward, friendly, and professional from the beginning. Flexible with our schedule and so far we are very happy with our new windows. We were very satisfied with the service and responsiveness. It is clear Paul does work he can stand behind and be proud of. I know you had other estimates for your roof replacement, but chose Innovative Home Improvements. We were very pleased that upon inspection of your roof we found no bad wood. Where as other companies tried to charge more for wood replacement without even inspecting the roof.

April 2015 (Ellicott City, MD) - The whole process was very stress free. Paul provided a quote that was competitive and didn't put on a sales pitch or act in a pressure filled manner. He explained the timeline and what would need to get done. I asked that he provide all costs and caveats up-front and he was very forthcoming. When it came time to do the install we found out that the shutters would have to get replaced due to nature in which the windows were initially installed. Paul notified me of this issue and promised to cover the costs in the initial bid. I was very satisfied that his team (Andrew) fixed an existing water issue in some of our windows. Do your homework and get a bunch of quotes but you'll see that Paul's team will win when you lay out all of the factors.
