Paul and his team were fantastic. Paul was always prompt with follow through. It is refreshing to deal with a company that actually does what is says it will do. We finally found a company that shares our values of honesty and integrity. As long as Paul does business this way, we will do business with him and tell everyone about him. The windows and sliding glass door install was done all in one day and they were great. I have absolutely no complaints. Other companies started out with sky high prices and then came way down. Paul quoted a fair price from the onset. The quality of the merchandise is also top notch from what I can tell.

Paul is very professional and well versed in all subject matter. I appreciate him taking time to explain process of choosing windows, including installation options. I am extremely pleased with my new windows - he had to reconstruct window from 'Bay' windows to 3 straight windows with middle window being a picture window.

Innovative Home Improvements is a wonderful company to do business with. They provide a high standard for workmanship and customer service. My home siding looks fabulous! Paul Harrison, the company owner helped me select the color of the vinyl and the color of the shutters, which makes the house look brighter and more attractive. The transformation is incredible as my before pictures depicted the house exterior looking dull and dingy. The workers are professional, and were very meticulous with each stage of the installation. The work was completed within the timeline I was provided. They did a great job and I have had many compliments on the work. Paul is a genuine and an experienced contractor. I was really exasperated with some of the salespeople but with Paul there was no hard sell of products or upgrades. In fact, Paul was very honest and refused to sell me something that I just didn't need. He will first try to understand your needs and make appropriate recommendations for your budget. When Paul inspected the windows, he found a small hole in the screen that was installed, and order a replacement screen (without me even asking). Paul was prompt in answering my questions and easy to work with from start to finish. His crew was fast and efficient. ~Highly recommended!!! A+

Paul was very no-pressure with the sale and did not try to force me into a sale the first night by offering a low price for one night only like many of the other contractors I dealt with. The installation was very fast and Paul was very flexible with scheduling a time.

Mr. Harrison's professional easy manner was very helpful in getting all questions answered for this project. His estimate was reasonable and straight forward. His knowledge, advice and patience made this worrisome project easier. The windows and door are beautiful and efficient. I have already noticed a difference in room temperature. The crew were not only professional and fast, but friendly and knowledgeable too. They arrived on time and ready to work. I liked the fact that I could easily get questions answered by each crew member. Thanks to them this large project was a good experience.

The windows look beautiful inside and outside! My house faces the east and before getting the new windows my living room and bedroom used to heat up quickly in the morning. I felt an immediate difference in the internal temperature of the entire home and I have been able to set the air conditioner thermostat higher, so I anticipate much lower energy bills. An unexpected plus is that external noises (children playing and traffic) are almost entirely muted. I am very happy with the windows and highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements. Mr. Harrison was pleasant and arrived on time at my home to provide an estimate for replacement windows. I appreciated that the presentation was less sell, but more product and installation based. The window quality offered was impressive and the price quoted for 12 windows was reasonable. However, I was hesitant since it was a major home improvement investment. After our initial appointment, Mr. Harrison continued to answer my questions via email and he did not rush me in my decision. The windows took about three weeks to arrive, but unfortunately we had to reschedule the installation two or three times due to the weather (rain). When Mother Nature finally decided to cooperate the installation team arrived on time, was friendly, did a great job limiting the mess, and cleaned up once they were finished. Mr. Harrison dropped in during the installation to check on the work and he returned to inspect the installation and discuss any issues/problems that arose. The workers damaged one of my rose bushes, so I recommend that in the future they have a plan to avoid or at least minimize damage to plants and scrubs.
