Innovative did a total external makeover of our end-unit townhouse. It had the 20+ year old original aluminum siding that was past its prime and wood trim that was overdue for its third round of paint. We decided to get a quote on the whole shebang including gutters and downspouts. Innovative's quote was significantly lower than others we had received even those from before we were including the gutters and downspouts in our inquiries. They did the whole job at the original estimate. We expected them to uncover extra-cost

Innovative Home Improvements installed 15 new windows and a sliding door in my home and the workmanship on this entire project was exceptional. This company made this renovation a pleasurable experience and I will use them again in the near future to install a new deck. The personnel were very courteous and knowledgeable and I want to personnally thank Paul Harrison, Jason and Andrew for the great job. It is indeed a rare find to have a company that you can trust to honor their word, perform the work in a timely manner with the end result being a quality product.

Paul was very professional in presenting the windows. He explained everything about the windows in a great way. He kept to presentation clear and to the point. Paul was very honest and kept his word on everything he said he was going to do, he did. He was on time on all appointments. Paul did 23 windows in day and a half and kept a clean work area.

Overall, I think the folks at Innovative Home Improvements are top notch. They did a great job and they lived up to their end of the bargain perfectly. Overall, I would very much recommend them to anyone needing to have their windows replaced. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next home improvement project. I would hire them again. I think my only complaints abut Innovative Home Improvements were as follows-- 1) They were clean, but did leave a few scraps behind here and there. 2) The time it took from contract to completion was almost exactly 30 days, at the low end of the 30-45 day window they mentioned upfront. 3)Communication was great, except it was only good around the time measurement of the windows were being scheduled -- a bit of a disconnect there.
