Paul is very accommodating and trustworthy. He is certainly someone you can do business with as he is very customer oriented. He kept to his word that the quote will be retained despite the long wait due to personal reasons (quote and hired in 2020 but held to the quote when work was done in 2021). Additionally, Ed and Jimmy were great. On-time, completely transparent, great workmanship, courteous, easy to work with. Wonderful company to work with. Highly recommended and will hire again!

Paul and Innovative Home Improvements were great. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and open to scheduling changes. Initial Quote: Paul was great. I had shopped around for several quotes and his was the most transparent and direct. He showed up on time, was friendly, provided a no nonsense evaluation for my windows without trying to oversell himself or his company. Paul estimate was a little lower than the average estimate I received and definitely lower than his larger competitors I met with. I liked Paul business approach - there are no bells and whistles to his presentation, and no bragging about how good his company was compared to others. He did not treat me like an imbecile or spend an hour mansplaining how windows work. He does not haggle with prices, and he did not start his estimate 2-3x higher than others just to start chopping the final price with â deals and â favors to make it seem like you were getting more value. Overall, he seems transparent and trustworthy. Install - Paul 2-man team spent 2 days installing 14 windows and a door. They were friendly, professional, and hardworking. I am not even sure they stopped to eat lunch either day. They installed my windows without issue and obviously had years of experience doing this. They cleaned up all material waste and left my house looking like they were never there.

The project was to remove our 50+ year old aluminum siding and replace it with new vinyl siding. Since there are so many choices in style and color we took advantage of the online program that allowed up to see the styles and colors applied to our own home (you need to send them images of the front and back of the house and they create online, modifiable images). The work was performed by Mr. Jung and his assistant. For our smallish house (2 story, 24x24 ft) it took 17 days. After removing the siding they found another layer of cedar siding underneath that they talked me into removing so that they could put down a nice clean layer of plywood. The install of the new window frames and siding took a lot of fastidious, detail work that Mr. Jung excels at, It is not a process that I would want anyone who is not patient and conscientious to do,. Mr Jung worked 17 straight days through sun, rain, wind and snow. The workman shop is 5/5. The price I give 5/5.0 because, even though the price went up 80% over the :contract price, the increases for unknown contingencies - window frames, and underlying siding remove/replace seemed fair enough. The finished house looks splendid and adds tons street value. Our neighbors keep telling us how good it looks.

Paul Harrison is an awesome window expert. We had new windows replaced couple of years ago and had a little issue. He came to our house next day of the request and fixed it. I appreciate to Paul Harrison and respect his professionalism. We were so happy with his work. Thanks

I do not think it is possible to write a review good enough for Innovative Home Improvements. We have dealt with a number of contractors for all types of house work over the years and understand how difficult it is to find a company who cares about quality of work AND service. We had every single window in our house replaced recently. Just months later, a bird flew into one of the windows and broke it! I could not find the # of the window for warranty, so Paul (the owner) ended up taking care of it and calling in the claim for us. WOW -- I feel that he actually appreciated that we spent our very hard earned money just months ago and helped us out, even though he currently has nothing to gain from helping us. Amazing.

We had a wonderful experience with Innovative. Paul and his team were very conscientious. I love that when they came out for the estimate it was quick and no gimmicks.
