Innovative was quick to respond to our request for an estimate and within days they we had signed a contract. The following week we had new windows in place and the week after that, the house had been completed sided and wrapped. It looks like a new home! Paul, from Innovative, was fantastic to work with, very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend IHI to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

The owner, Mr. Paul Harrison, of Innovative Home Improvements was very personable and did not employ any "hard sell" techniques, as many of the other contractors practiced. Paul made it easy to set up a date and time for installation, and when his workers came to our house they were very prompt and efficient, getting the job done quickly and well. We had 8 windows installed and Innovative completed the job in under 4 hours! The workmen cleaned up after themselves, took away the old windows and, when they were finished, Paul came by personally to inspect the job. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows, workmanship and crew of IHI.

From the moment Paul first walked in the door, I got a feeling of trust and honesty. We had a couple of estimates before and felt a bit pressured. There was none of that from Innovative. The guys came in and worked non-stop and got the job done. Paul followed up with an inspection and everything went great. We have absolutely no complaints.

Paul and his crew were great. The job was done professionally, cleanly, quickly. Paul (the owner of the company) was involved completely with the whole project and was available to answer all of my questions (no matter how small). The thing I liked best about Innovative Home Improvements was there was no pressure. Other window installation companies want you and your "significant other" to be home for the quoting process because they want to pressure sale you; in contrast IHI is 100% no pressure. I would highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements to any one.

Paul was personable, reliable and his team was efficient. They came through during one of the coldest days of this winter and completed the job in record time. I would reccomend his services to any of my freinds. The product is good, the price is competitive and we liked his customer service!

Paul and his team did excellent work! I originally spoke with Paul in March of 2007, and even though we waited until January 2008 to start the project, he honored the price that he originally quoted. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and my wife and I are really enjoying the warmth and comfort our new windows are providing. So, far me and my husbands experience working with Paul Harrison has been a very professional and a positive one. There was never any pressure with dealing with Paul.
