I am very pleased with the installation. Paul personally came to explain the procedure and oversaw the project. They cleaned up afterwards and followed up with a satisfaction call. The windows look great and exactly as Paul explained. I am very pleased with their service.

I had a roof replacement performed on my aging home which has many idiosyncrasies. Innovative Home Improvement worked diligently to ensure that my new roof was installed properly. There were multiple people who stayed in constant contact with me through the process and responded to every call or text that I sent them almost immediately. I have the highest regard for their integrity and honesty, and definitely will recommend this company to others.

Positive experience working with Innovative Home Improvements. Dan was a pleasure to work with and he kept me abreast every step of the way. I didn't feel pressured to choose 'good, better, best' window, all my questions were answered, most of which were answered during the introduction/presentation. The entire team, including Eddie and his guys were all very professional and I felt comfortable having them in my home while I stepped out. Dan was there every step of the way from when he measured it, contacted me before and after Eddie came out and got me the first available appointment once the windows were ready. Very satisfied with the work and service from the business - glad I chose them over the other 2 competitors.

What a great experience working with Innovative Home Improvements! Here's the timeline. Paul Harrison came to do an initial estimate on September 26. I signed a contract on October 27. Eddie came to get measurements on the 5 windows I needed on November 10, and the windows were installed on December 19. Eddie and his assistant came promptly at 7:30 AM, and the work was done at around noon. Paul came to check all the work afterwards. All working spaces were cleaned up, and I'm pleased with the final product and the overall experience.
