I am glad I picked the "Innovative Home Improvement" for replacing vinyl windows after shopping around with at least 5 other companies. Owner was very professional, the crew did an awesome job and cleaned-up place very nicely after installation. The owner personally inspected all the windows after installation and made sure that I am fully satisfied with their job. I am hoping these windows (Alside-Mezzo w/ low-E glass) with life-time warranty (glass, material, labor) for which I paid some extra $$'s upfront will turn out to be good long-term investment. Overall very happy with their job.

I had all of my windows and slider door replaced in my home by Innovative Home Improvements. The crew always showed up on time the days agreed upon, if not a little early. Honestly, they never took breaks and worked straight thru each day to get the job completed. Paul the owner has excellent customer service skills and holds a high regard for honest work ethics. He saw the job through from start to finish and always returned my phone calls within record time; even on a weekend. The crme de la crme was purchasing quality windows at an affordable price. Plus ++ Pauls sales introduction was less than an hour compared to others I interviewed, who were pushy and took up to 2-3 hours of my time. I highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements!

The project was completed on time and well. It is really nice that they removed the curtains and shades before removing the old windows and put them back after they installed the new windows.

When we went out for a window estimate,Mr T explained his roof had a slight leak and the other companies that came out were very high for both projects..After i inspected the roof ,we deciding the windows should wait and the roof should be addressed right away.We put a price freeze on the windows to give Mr T the comfort knowing he can do the windows at a later time without paying a marked up price for waiting.We always work with our customers and their budgets.

Working with Paul and his team was great, Paul showed us the product, explained everything, and what every step would be, his team came in measured, ordered and installed the windows, they look great, have already had 2 people ask for the co. name and number. The 2 team members showed up on time and replaced 5 windows in around 3 hours, cleaned up and where gone. I highly recommend this company.
