Innovative Home Improvements were both highly professional and personally attentive. Paul Harrison seemed truly interested in providing us with the best quality product and attentive service he could. We were pleased when he called us the day after the work was complete to let us know how our new gutters were performing in the pouring rain. I found most of the contractors to be a hard sell and sensed they were more interested in up selling me than selling me what I needed. Thankfully, I was contacted by Paul Harrison at Innovative Home Improvements. Paul truly assessed my situation and made a recommendation that appropriately met the need. I was dealing with my insurance company for partial reimbursement of the work to be done, the time frame from when I first spoke to Paul until the work began, was well over a year. In that year, Paul would periodically contact me to see how things were going and to inquire as to whether he could be of any help in dealing with my insurance agent - again, no hard sell, just a true professional interested in my business, keeping in contact and trying to use his expertise to help me work things out with my insurance company. Needless to say, once I was ready to have the work completed, the decision was obvious as to who I was going to hire. The end result - Paul and his crew started the job, the materials used were of high quality, my property was kept clean while the work was being done, the crew was prompt and professional (no wondering where the crew had gone and when they were going to come back to work on my house!)and the flow of communication was amazing. After the work was done, a few days later, Paul scheduled an appointment with me to walk around my property to examine the siding and to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. How often do you see the owner of any business take the time and provide the attention to ensure the customer is happy -doesn't happen often enough. I highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements, as they are professional, timely, accommodating, customer service oriented and completed one fine siding job.

They did an excellent job, I needed windows fast and at a good price. They kept me informed every step of the way explaining the process and what was going to happen. They were very neat, clean and courteous. I would hire them again in the future for other home improvements needed.
