From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. From the time we requested a quote to the time we signed the contract until the project was complete, Paul Harrison was a consummate professional, handling any inquiries and making sure our roof installation was scheduled in a timely fashion and executed to our solid satisfaction.

Paul Harrison, Innovative Home Improvements owner, is a man of his word whose primary concern is to do the job right. His foreman, Mr. Jung, is a conscientious, meticulous tradesman who takes pride in his work. I never felt anything but respect for the operation, and trust in their ability and willingness to execute the project above my expectations.

I will praise the professionalism of Paul Harrison with his presentation of materials, cost and expected delivery time of my new windows. He was not pushy or aggressive and listened to me answering my questions with clarity and patience. Paul was very courteous, efficient and personable. The workman installing my windows was also a fine example of excellent workmanship and courtesy.

I got several estimates prior to hiring and, not only did they have a great price, but Paul was very knowledgeable about the windows, as well as some of the quirks of my HOA that they would have to work around. Every person from the company was friendly and professional. They were always on time and stayed until the job was finished. Paul followed up with me a few days after the installation and was willing to address the few concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend them!
