Reviews
Write a ReviewService tech arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem with excellent communication with the home office. Explained the issue and provided next step solutions. The first and the least expensive one did the trick. All in all a very good experience.
Very professional and courteous of my time. Completed the job with exceptional service.
Very personable and professional. Issue with 3 switches was resolved in a timely manner. Would hire again. Replaced 2 of 3 switches while explaining there's an issue with the 3rd one requiring further diagnosis. Decided to address that one at another time, Great job,
Friendly and personable. Didn’t talk the us as if we were too old to understand what he was talking about.
They missed the first appointment, I called them and they came the next day. They were very apologetic, they did fix the problem.
It was refrigerated repair. The cost of the repair was not worth it on an old refrigerator. They were honest and fee for coming out was reasonable..
Prompt and courteous and solved my problem
I was told there would be a 99 dollar service charge, but would be waived if I accepted them to fix. When the tech showed up and wrote up the quote the $99.00 was included. I called Dan at Bear and he said it was not included. Well, when the tech came back after ordering parts I asked him again about deducting the $99.00 he said that it was still included, per instructions from the higher ups. The tech said he wished they would tell the client what was up with that. I ended up paying $261.00 to replace a hinge on the refrigerator door. Something I could have done myself. Just seems like a very dishonest operation. Would have never accepted there service has I known. Really seems dishonest and I feel like I was ripped off. I should have read all of the negative review before contacting them.
Very friendly and professional
Excellent service, very knowledgeable, quickly fixed the issue with the freezer at a very reasonable cost.
