They were very prompt to respond. Quick to make an initial diagnosis but then needed time to get part to address initial problem. At time of initial diagnosis alerted that there could be underlying issues. Once initial repair completed other problems still existed. We opted to replace refrigerator rather than spend more to repair.

Our dryer stopped working and due to an emergency at home we requested them to come ahead of schedule which they honored. The technician called thirty minutes prior to arrival. A part was needed which he picked up from a nearby store and installed it promptly. The charge was reasonable and the technician was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them and I would use them in the future.

James was great at communicating and confirming our appointment. He was also very honest in his assessment of our washer repair (Samsung top load about 5 years old) and we ended up deciding not to put $300 into a machine that was troublesome and purchased a new machine. We would hire James again if we needed to have other appliances repaired.

Bear Services confirmed my request for an appointment quickly and were very accommodating to my schedule. The technician called prior to arriving within the two hour appointment window. Ben was very courteous and professional and above all honest. I would recommend Bear Service to all of my friends and family.
