Reviews
Write a ReviewJames was efficient, prompt and very professional. I'll definitely hire him again.
$95 is the going rate for just coming out, but I think it's a little high. Regardless, James is very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I'd hire him again. After I follow his advice for a while, I'll know if the problem is solved.
He was very reasonably priced and has great customer service I am completely
We would have given James's company all 5s but they had to come back a second time after the initial repair of the dishwasher didn't work. James came out the second time, assessed the issue and told us the issues were numerous and we decided it would be more logical to replace than repair. James made good on his work as there were no additional service fees and he credited us for the initial part. Overall a friendly, professional company.
James was very good he came out the next day . I liked that he called me before he came and told me he would be at my home Ina half hour and he was. He fixed my dryer in about 30 min. so he was fast too. Would use them again. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
Happy to have dishwasher back in service.
Job well done
Very courteous and professional. Analyzed the dryer issue, told me my options and performed the service.
Failed to accurately diagnose the problem with my dish washer. Wasted at least 1 week ordering parts that were not needed and then declared that they could not fix the problem.
This dishwasher was leaking into the base. We initially thought it was leaking from the main wash pump, but when we returned with part we discovered it was leaking from a broken weld in the stainless steel tub. This is a nonrepairable issue. We gave the customer a $20 discount off of our normal diagnosis fee as a courtesy. The customer was not charged any additional labor or parts. -James
