James was very nice, knowledgable and timely. He requested make, model # and wanted detailed explanation of the the problem before coming so he could have the appreciate parts with him. As it turned out, problem was not what he expected but he immediately called for the part, picked it up and returned to fix the appliance.

He was quick to respond to my inquiry, gave me a idea of the potential costs over the phone, appeared to have thorough understanding of the appliance and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The issue was solved in one visit and the cost ended up being less than he had expected. He seemed to be in great demand but took the time to answer all my questions, kept his focus on the job at hand the whole time and was able to put my mind at ease.
