Not only did James show up on time, he was 3 days earlier than he had anticipated! I had a range issue, made the appointment o Friday online for Monday; he called me; was very apologetic - said he would be unable to get there until Tuesday am - I had explained that the home is for sale, and I was leaving the following week to move. But I told him thanks for keeping me informed - Tuesday would be fine. He then called back about an hour later - asked if I could meet him at my home within 45 min! OF COURSE I could! He was a few minutes early; came in-diagnosed the problem and he was on his way within 30 minutes! Hire this man! I am moving out of state otherwise he would be my 'go to' for any appliance or electrical issue.
